This year for Pride 2021, I chose to make two cards, One was featured yesterday here. Today’s card is different as it features a Rainbow of Flowers! (Did you notice I really like flowers?) Take a look.
Today’s Project
I used the small flower from the Simply Succulents stamp set to stamp a rainbow of flowers with one color on each line. Then I used my Stampin’ Blends to color one in each row on the diagonal. Now, if I was being really particular, I would have used my Stamparatus to line up the flowers in nice even rows with even spacing. But, that was too fussy for this card. So I just winged it!
After stamping the sentiment using Garden Green ink, I punched it out using the Everyday Label punch. I punched a second piece from Garden Green cardstock and cut it in half to frame the ends of the sentiment. I love this sentiment from the Stellar Birthday. It sums up the Pride theme pretty well!
Make the Inside Pretty
For the inside, I stamped a rainbow of flowers down the left side of the Basic White panel. As you can see, I didn’t color them in. I thought about it, but decided that was too much!
Don’t Forget the Envelope
As you can see in the above picture, I also stamped that same rainbow of flowers on the envelope flap.
