Sweet Citrus Sneak Peak

It’s my most favorite time of the year! Why? Well, Christmas for one thing. But, also, because it’s preorder time for the January – April Mini Catalog. Today the demonstrators with Stamping with Friends are showing sneak peeks from this upcoming catalog. And since there’s snow outside, I chose a summery set -Sweet Citrus.

Today’s Project – Sweet Citrus

This is a fun bundle with a lot of fun sentiments like the one I used on my card. The bundle includes stamps, a 3-D embossing folder, and dies. And, it also has multiples of some of the dies so you can cut two leaves or two flowers at a time! Less cranking on the die-cutting machine. The 3-D embossing folder makes gorgeous, deep impressions. Try spraying your paper lightly to avoid it tearing.

Make the Inside Pretty – Sweet Citrus

For the inside, I cut a 5 1/4″ X 4″ piece of Basic White cardstock and stamped the 3 flowers image 4 times on the left side using Poppy Parade ink. I filled in the middle with the small ( I don’t know what to call it) stamp using Daffodil Delight. As you can see, it makes the flowers brighter.

Don’t Forget the Envelope – Sweet Citrus

For the envelope, I used the same stamp as on the inside. Of course, since the envelope is a little larger, I had to stamp it one more time.
